At MADMIA, we want you to love your colorful socks and accessories as much as we do. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, in their original packaging, and still have all MADMIA tags attached to qualify for a return.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the package to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
